  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM OR HIS COMPANY unless you want to have a lien put on your property. WE ARE ONE OF HIS VICTIM. This is what happened to us: We had the cement floor put in at my house. And I the work done by the person name Nacho. How I learned of (Mr.) Nacho was because (M.) Nacho was doing construction at the schold I am employed at, and (Mr. Nacho is employed by Mr. John Levar who has the contract to do construction work for the school. So after the work was completed, I paid $3,000 in cash to (Mr.) Nacho and John Levar. Thinking every thing is done and completed. The next thing I received a registered mail which requires my signature. After signing for the registered mail that was when I learned "I AM BEING SERVED" and notified that a lien has been put on my property unless I paid the person/company who put the lien on my property $3,192. After numerous calls, that was when and how I learn that the PARRA ENRIQUE is the person also is the company Mr. Nacho and Mr. John Levar has ordered the cements/materials from. What is so sad, that Mr. Parra Enrique has made no prior attemp to bill us, contacting us, giving us any chance to learn about his business, and then all of the suden, out of from no where, the very first contact and the only contact that Mr. Parra Enrique has ever made to us was when we were served and notified about the lien and his demand for payment of $3,192. So what I am trying to say is, I did not know any thing about Mr. Parra Enrique and his company until I GOT SERVED WITH THE LIEN. It is very bad business practice, in my opinion. Normally, the customer/client would be billed first. Then if the bill remains unpaid then it would sent to collection, then if the bill still remains unpaid, then the company would put the lien on the property. In this case, Mr. Parra Enrique, out of standard business practice, he would routinely put pien on his clien's property, then the clien is the one has to jump over hoop of fire to get the lien because Mr. Parra Enriqui would not file the paper work to dismiss the lien. The customer has to retain an attorney to get the lien dismissed or removed. THIS IS WHAT HAD HAPPENED TO US. IT IS A NIGHTMARE. TRUST ME. If you don't believe me, if you have had any work done by Mr. Parra Enrique, go to the office who handle property tax and ask to see if there's any lien put on your property.. Don't be surprised if the answer is yes......
