Great Design Build Team
They were able to keep the project on schedule and budget during the trying time of Covid. The City and SDGE was the only delays. Entenman processed our Right of Way Permits , Traffic Control , Temp Power, Coordinated the Design Team . Our 8 units turned out profitable Entenman is currently working on 2 more projects of ours.

I would not recommend Jason Bornholdt or his wife Anway to build a dog house.
They were not honest, hide mistakens and when confronted lied about they were not responsible.
Let me start, there were so many issues. First, they took the cabinet shelves out of the kitchen cabinets and threw them away. Then claimed they were never there. (We have photos to show that is NOT truthful).
Next, they threw their trash and debris in the common area bushes and denied it was their fault.
Next, they damaged the cabinets and tried hiding it with some foam.
Next, they covered/drywalled the electrical outlet and the gas adapter for the fireplace. They did not say anything until we called them on it. When they went to fix it, they hammered out the tile and installed not to code an electric extension cord in the wall---I am told NOT to code.
Next, they tiled my stairway with hugh gaps in the tile to the walls. At the same time they damaged the walls with handprints, glue and gashes. Then Jason said it needed to be redone at an extra cost.
NOW the most important part, is that Jason and Anway asked for cash payments to that they did not have to pay workers comp. I now am concerned that they are not reporting the income, as taxable.
This has been the biggest fiasco dealing with them. I would not recommended them for any job!!!
The project was delayed. I was told that Jason had a family emergency was NOT reachable for a week. Come to find out he went fishing. What a lie!!!
