Enterprise Contracting

Originally had this company out to install our roof which was completed to our satisfaction in 2020.

Had them back out after some extreme hail storms to find the company had changed quite drastically. Became irate when we wouldn't file a cosmetic damage claim, began screaming and cussing when we asked what warrantees covered. Eventually hung up stating that we as consumers "know nothing" and "need to just shut up and let professionals talk".

An insane and very disappointing change.

This company is giving an excellent service. I would like to work with this company again in future.

I would never, ever do business with this company again. I found that the statements made before signing the contract were misleading, causing increased costs. Additionally, after signing the contract, I found it difficult to get in contact with people who could answer questions. The roofing did not begin on the day scheduled, and I could not get in contact with anyone from the company that could explain why it wasn’t happening. Later that evening I was called to let me know that roofing had been delayed due to rain, and my roofing would occur the following day. I can’t say anything stronger than I wouldn’t ever do business with this company again.
