    The Builder Rey Sosa is a very misleading, unreliable, unprofessional builder. Words cannot describe how regretfull I am building my dream home with him. He lied on so many levels. Im a disabled veteran, I got the construction loan under my name thinking Id have more control over the money. I did not get what I wanted. I had to keep uping my loan more. He gives you the bare minimum on allowances. He does not do his homework correctly and knows nothing about construction. I had to go out of pocket on so many things because he under allowed on my allowances. He was to lazy to stop by my work to drop off the allowance check that he would hide them at the house and id have to go out of my way to get it. He was very persuasive at the start. Once the build starts, hes never available. He never checks on the home. Hires the cheapest he could get to maximize his profits while u get shitty quality. 90% of the paint work is messed up. My cabinetry is really bad. They didn't even put a trashcan in my kitchen. My beams in my living room are crooked and so much more. Once you close. He does not answer your phone calls. All his subcontractors complain that he never answers. And most of his subcontractors dont want to go back and fix Since ive closed on my home he has only answered 1 time. He took 10 months to build my home, when he promised 4 months. Please stay away from him. In my opinion he should not be building homes at all.
