The installer, Brett, spent the better part of 2 days on the phone, then rammed the job in on the third day, except for around the fireplace & patching holes, which he said he would be back to do. More than a month later, the job is not finished. The space between flooring & walls is 3/4" too much gap for the moulding to hide. Just a crappy job.
