My husband and I were excited at the prospect of having a new home built by Entrada, until we moved in and started having flooding issues from rain and snow. Entrada Homes did not install rain gutters even after we requested them several times. The contractor, Ezra, kept telling us that the house didn’t need rain gutters because the slope of the roof wasn’t steep enough. Several walls and baseboards on the interior of our home are damaged by water. The exterior doors, door frames, and thresholds are damaged due to the amount of water coming off the roof when it rains or snows. The contractor has done nothing to fix the problem he has caused, which is costing us more money to fix his mistakes. He ignores our calls or tells us he’ll do something and then never does. We have been disappointed by the lack of concern and communication by Ezra with Entrada Homes. I do not recommend him as an honest home builder.
