BEWARE!
Dwayne Johnson is a con artist. Do not give this man any of your money. Do not believe ANY of his promises. Read THOROUGHLY, ANY paperwork.
He does not get the permits. He'll simply do the work (maybe) and if there are any problems or gets caught he will disappear leaving you holding the bag and the nightmare.
He'll even get try you to sign things that will make you lose interest in your property. -

This company promised a job to be completed within two weeks (Sept 2016). Dwayne Johnson gave excuses week after week, leaving the job undone, maxed out my Home Depot card. Finally had to fire them end of December to hire another contractor. Took him to small claims court in Snohomish County to get a judgement against him. Total con job! Disgusting business practice!

Unfortunately, I did not see these reviews until AFTER Dwayne took my money and ran. He was the general contractor in a flipping home project I invested in. He took my money, fed me lies on the update of the remodeling project, if and when I could get a hold of him, which was very rare. He signed an agreement to return my investment and ran off with my $40,000. He is a con-artist and don't believe a word he says. He is scum of the earth! He goes by different LLCs (Genesis 126 LLC, check with Washington Secretary of State) now so make sure who the owner of the LLC is before putting your money into a project or hiring for a project. Beware of his business partners Chad Scott and Spencer Todd Craig (Real Estate Broker). All three are in cahoots in conning people.
