    Beware of this company. they will take your money and never finish the job and that's a guarantee. The owner of the company name Ayaz he's the biggest liar you'll ever meet in your life. when you talk to you you think is the nicest guy in the world but believe me stay away from him. he will promise you the word but will never deliver. The quality of his work is the worst I ever seen in my entire life and I've been building houses for many years.

    I want to share my experience with this company to be able to protect other people not to end up in the same mess we did! READ CAREFULLY !!! The owner Ayaz came to our house and gave us a quote to build retaining wall, patio and replace the asphalt around our house plus installation of Cobble stones on the edges of the asphalt driveway and walkways ! The price was high and we told him that we cannot afford to spend this amount of money. He said that he is willing to discount the price only for cash payment and if we pay him 50% on the spot plus the full price of materials for retaining wall, pavers, Cobble stone and edges! He promised us that the job will be completed in 5 days! Sounded very good!! This was the main reason for which I decided to hire him because I needed everything around the house to be done so we can install our AC units ASAP due to the heating wave! He gave us a piece of paper on the 6/23/19 saying that we paid all the materials plus 50% of the labor! The job was supposed to be completed by 28th of June. He came on the 28th and did some work and after that he didn’t show up for two days! We were trying to contact him and after several missed calls he called back and said that he is busy enough and the first price that we agreed on its not enough and if we want him to finish the job we need to give him more money! What ??? We disagreed to pay more because we had a signed agreement and everything was paid how he asked us to do! That is from where the nightmare started. From june 28th he came back on July 5th. My husband gave him bad reviews and next day he started calling him to take off the reviews or he will give our company ( we own a small business) bad review!! We were shocked!! The next day he brought the blocks for the retaining wall and we realized that the blocks he brought aren’t the same that are on the agreement and the one that he brought are $1000 cheaper than the ones we chose!! He lied to us that these blocks are the same ones as the ones on the agreement but those were half price cheaper! He confessed that those blocks were $1000 cheaper that the ones we chose but then refused to give the $1000 back! 2 days later he brought the stones from the patio and they weren’t the same 4 sizes that he promised us just 2 sizes. My husband called him and he said "ITS NOTHING ON THE PAPER THAT IS SAYING THAT”. After that his guys cut the main pipe for the sprinkles plus my pipe for my house and he said that he is not responsible for that. The guys were good they did good job on the wall and patio! After all the lies and the 8 days that we waited for him and he didn’t show up ( and in the meantime the company that is installing our AC units was waiting for them to finish; the company that will do our basement was waiting..)he texted my husband that he is "pain in the ass customer "and he don't want to finish our project because he is busy enough. Today July 10 he called my husband and asked him to pay the extra money for some extra work that he started and he never finished! I'm gonna attach pictures from which you will see what Mr.Ayaz thinks is completed job!! Also he didn’t even started putting asphalt around the house , he didn’t finish the sidewalk, he didn’t install the cobble stones that were in the agreement and he also did not bring those stone plus the edges for which we fully paid!! My husband was trying be nice to him and told him that if we see any progress we are going to give him the rest of the money right away!! We refused to pay more since 50% of the job is not finished and he said that he is not coming back!! From the pictures you can see what a mess is everywhere!! This guy, the Owner of Environic Solutions INC in Waltham Ayaz it's the biggest lier that I have ever seen in my life. STAY AWAY, DON’T WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!!
