NEVER, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!
We purchased a deal through a radio station for this company because we had a lot of yard work that needed completed. Due to COVID-19, we put it off through the summer and because the birds were nesting in our trees. In the fall (Sept), we contacted Ivan for an estimate, who came out promptly and was nice. This occurred September 3rd and we were told about 2 weeks until the work could be completed. Since then, we never heard anything from him. We always had to be the one reaching out to him to find out a date/time and it was always an excuse. Multiple excuses of why he cannot come, multiple scheduled days of no-show, and days without responses when calling/texting. At one point, his workers came and entered our gated property without permission for 2 minutes and left, telling Ivan the work was completed, when the second worker never parked the vehicle. After this issue, he stated he would be out personally the following Monday himself to have the work completed and resolve this issue, with yet another no-show. Every scheduled day has been a no-show, no-call. It is now November 16th and the work is still NOT completed. And now, he is ignoring all phone calls and messages. My fiancé is a Marine and treating someone who serves and protects our country this way is disrespectful. I do not know if we are treated this way because we made a deal on the radio station or what, but we hoped that after having this work completed, we would have been impressed and used them for our future landscaping designs. One would think that even if they lost out because of a radio station deal, they would still treat the customer with respect and do excellent work to help drive up their business and spread the word on their landscaping business, but this is clearly not the case. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I will be sure to spread the word to everyone I know not to use this company.
