    Reconstruct house after a fire

    Kind: Do not use them. Horrible expérience, sloppy work, unskilled workers, substituted other materials for what I picked out, lied about what he would do and what he did. did not show up for 8 weeks in the middle of the job, did not do half of the work he was to do in the contract
    , tried to get paid before finishing the job, hardwood floors have to be Redone, fireplace stone not even and has to be redone, Tried to scam an extra 20,000 from me by putting wrong figures  in the contract but I caught it in time. Do not use them, deceitful and will gas light you, controlling and liés to get his way.

    I used Nasser Saadeh that he caked himself Gary, to finish my basement. He is a con man, thief that charged me a lot for crappy work. He will bring bunch of mexican workers and two black men (the very slow painter) and at the end, crap. I kicked him after 5 months of stress and patience with this guy. He is the worst ever and unfortunately I didn't know, but he has awful reputation.

    Terrible, worst experience working with any contractor in 20 years of residential construction and renovations. Gary or whatever his real name is a con man, with zero integrity and ownership in his work. His workers are unskilled and un-managed, under paid, always asking me for money or complaining of not getting paid. He was 8 months behind schedule and 25k over budget, and quit working 3/4 of the way through the project. Please avoid and save yourself some agony. Thanks.
