    We had them remodel our whole house. They patched and installed drywall, installed floors, painted, installed new windows and doors, tile, and trim, and build a deck and a patio. We are so grateful we found them! Everything turned out great. We have recommended them to our friends and family members. They do good work, and are reasonable.

    Fence and stairs, small project, don't recommend

    I hate leaving bad reviews, but I hope this helps someone in the future. I think Envision's strength is full sized privacy fencing. He did some of that for us, and it looks nice and functions well. I like his design ideas too, but used too long of nails so they're poking out on our side of the door. We also needed steps and hand rails put in.. it went quite poorly. He wasn't very responsive overall and had to continually ask when he'd come out to finish the job, which he pushed off numerous times. Boards were cut too short so he put a 2 inch piece to bridge the gap, the wood was very rough and my daughter got 3 splinters, the bevelled handrails weren't measured so their shape didn't match... he didn't come out to take measurements so he was short materials the first go-round... he said he'd have it done in two weeks and then 8 weeks later he finally finished.
    His price was good, but I got what I paid for. I wish more contractors would take on smaller projects so I could have shopped around more.

    We came back and addressed the homeowners concerns. We replaced a few of the boards, and changed the railing. The materials we used were discussed beforehand. Cedar fence wood is by nature rough. I explained this to the homeowner. Her expectations were not consistent with the style and type of materials we agreed upon. She misunderstood our schedule. I was very surprised by her review. In the beginning she was thrilled with the work we did. We came back and addressed all her concerns. We have been building fences and remodeling homes for 40 years, look at our website! www.envisiondone.com
