    Painting
    $13,000

Worst experience with any contractor in a while. Just avoid them unless you like expensive lip service. They love to make promises and will basically lie to your face keep the job. They won't actually deliver on anything. Maybe they will work 4-8 hours a week on a good week, this way your project can take forever

If I could rate 0 stars , that is how I would rate Envy coatings. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
He used 5 gallons of INTERIOR PAINT to paint the exterior of my home. I have attempted to work with his insurance company. Now I have been forced to go to Consumer Protection and Professional licensing.I would not let these charlatans any where near my property. 1 year later my paint has chipped, blistered, faded and pealed. He destroyed the stucco molding which cannot be repaired or painted over , but needs to be replaced in addition to an entire new paint job.
He splattered paint on my deck and stone and failed to even replace the screws in the down spots and gutters.
Consumers need to be protected from contractors who present with insurance and license and still not only do substandard work, but destroy your home in the process.

    Epoxy basement floor
    $3,200

First let me say that I would not recommend Envy coatings for Epoxy floors. The initial meeting was great and he is very cordial, quoted us a fair price for the work he was going to do. I even got 2 other bids and didn't get the response from them that I was looking for which led me to hire Envy coatings. My mistake was not asking for references I guess. He set an appointment to start work on the 20th of May. He didn't show up that day so the next day we texted him to see when he was coming, after some back and forth texting we were able to set another time for him to come. When he and his crew showed up on the second appointment and started work that was pretty much the last time he was here when he said he would be without re-scheduling later or for another day. He always had a valid excuse. One other time he showed up early ready to work because it was going to be a pay day. My biggest complaint is that he did not appear to understand the product he was working with and therefore did not apply it correctly. The first application of product was terrible, the color was good but it was not applied properly and he left several bad spots throughout the basement floor so much so that he decided to recoat the entire floor. Unfortunately for us the second time didn't go any better, different problem but, still not applied correct. It had tons of bubbles that popped and then left divots throughout it looks like the product was rained on. The biggest problem was that each time something was wrong he blamed it on the product or my cement or whatever. Never did he take responsibility for, in my opinion, poor workmanship. At the end of the day he put down the product he said he would and finished it up with a clear sealer and then promptly asked for his money and left. I would not hire Envy coatings to do anything again, and I would not recommend.
