I’ll make it easy. We needed help with remodeling our kitchen. New countertops, backsplash, refinish the cupboards and making the existing island longer. EOL has provided me with the best contrasting experience I’ve ever had. I’ve worked with many previous contractors in the past who were very misleading with deadlines for various projects. I do not recommend Eli and EOL builders. We regret going with them and are embarrassed that we fell for some of the reviews that seem like fake reviews on this site. (you can tell with the canned "I highly recommend" phrase). Our home remodel project was poorly managed and it became a second job for my wife and I to manage daily. Not easy with a family and kids and was very stressful. We kept getting false promises of completion and every 3 weeks it was 3 more weeks. It was supposed to be 3 months and it took well over 6 months to complete.

Had to move an old fence that was on railroad right-of-way six feet. Job required demolition of old fence, remopval of a row of bamboo, a block-wall planter, a wood shed and re-laying of a section of the patio pavers. It was a multi-faceted job with lots of challenges. The EOL crew was magnificent! they understood the requirements, thought on their feet and made some excellent alternate recomendations that I accepted. The job turned out perfect, exactly tyhe way I had planned it and envisioned it. EOL's was on the high end of the bids, but they are worth every last penny! They would be my first choice for any future construction and I would gledly recommend them to anyone looking for a smart, efficient, thorogh contractor.

Over the years we have used a variety of companies and I have to say EOL has been the best I have worked with. They listen to what I want, make very helpful suggestions where I am unsure. Eli the company owner and his project manager Amit are fantastic. They are available daily. Their workers are here everyday and make great progress with professional results. They have even worked on the weekends. We are starting another project with them after they complete our kitchen. We will redo the landscape and layout of our back yard. They also have all their own tools, construction vehicles because they are builders. They are working on another project on Donald as well. I say this because 1 company I hired moved dirt with a mop bucket!! I never thought to ask. After they finish your client is welcome to visit. They are competitively priced. Very fair for quality work.

We recently completed a whole house remodel with EOL Builders. I am beyond impressed with the finished results. Eli was great about coming out twice to give me the estimate and then to make all the revisions I wanted. Amit and Ron were so professional, always on time and always cleaned up after themselves every night. Living in a whole house remodel was stressful enough and it was really nice to have them clean up and sweep and mop the floors every evening before they left. Everyone was available and answered their phones or returned text messages when I needed them. They were extremely flexible and made any changes that I thought up during the process. Eol builders installed laminate wood floor in a 3000 Sq foot home.
they performed very professionall yand on time.
Eli also installed base board for the whole house and did an excellent job.
Amit also installed a dishwasher and above range microwave oven. He did an excellent job.
Frank also installed Vinyl Flooring in 3 bathrooms and the laundry room.
again did an awesome job.

I've used them before and I'd use them again - demo, drywall, paint, plumbing, flooring - I knew what I wanted and they made it happen. It was a team effort - I did the design and supplied some of the materials - they provided the balance of the materials and did all the labor. Everything was laid out and covered in the scope of work and pricing. The cost was fair, the cleanup was complete, and the workmanship was excellent. He came by our home with his kitchen designer and we chose the grey shaker cabinets & the counter tops are venation quarts. The room was a 20 by 20 room addition. The Quality of the work EOL Builders performed and actually did was excellent ,the work was outstanding from start to finish. I met Eli after scheduling an appointment (My wife and I) gave him a copy of the plans a few days later he gave us the estimate for the master bedroom addition with a bathroom, we met again to finalized the price, signed the contract and proceeded with the work. I must say the crew was impeccable ,on time ,clean ,respectful and the craftsmanship very professional. The bathroom very detailed finishes we love it ,it was an investment well deserved ($200k) the value of my home appreciated tremendous. I highly recommend Eli and his team to anyone who is planning to invest in their home , that wants quality and great service. The finished product exceeded our expectations. The design process was seamless and construction was even better! We couldn't be happier with our new stucco and pavers and will no doubt be using Eli again if we have the need. Omg remodeled my whole kitchen! l highly recommend these guys and recommend him to all my friends. They even put an island in the middle of my kitchen. They added a restroom to my moms bedroom and she loves it and even wants to put in more with these guys. I purchased a old house that need work a close friend of mine's told me about EOL Construction witch from there I came across Mr.Eli Lavie he was the perfect guy for my budget I explained to him what all I needed done and he than explained to me how long the work will take and showed me different layouts on how it will look when the work is done I than picked out what I wanted and he told me he will even throw in a little more extra touch up's
I say about a week in half through the project Eil made sure to call to keep us updated on the work and how everything was coming along he even took the time out to leave a message if I wasn't able work was greatly appreciated and will have him to do more work if ever needed

I bought a 1930's house, well aware that the house need some work, kitchen was outdated, 2 old bathrooms, they also had to to tear down 2 walls and replace a 30 years old AC and heating system. I was referred to EOL Construction by a neighbor. Eli was an excellent fit for us, he listened to us and was very responsive for questions that we had, he explained us what is going to happen in the house in the next 3 months. He provided us with a beautiful 3D design that emphasis how our house is going to look like, and together we chose cabinets, countertops fixtures and appliances. After 2 weeks work began, Eli kept us posted every day about the work progress, either with text or a phone call. Work completed before deadline. Out house looks beautiful and we are happy that we found honest and reliable contractor. We had no budget surprises and all went according to the contract. I highly recommend.

The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great.

Eol builders was so helpful and did a great job with 500 square foot room edition for my daughter came out perfect. Jus as me n my wife wanted . With a few changes to floor plan they still finished on schedule. The crew was respectful and Eli made sure we was satisfied

Eli and his team were professional from start to finish. They went out of their way to make sure that we were satisfied with all of their work. They even helped repair the roof of our patio and the fence gates when they were painting the exterior of our house. They used the best material with 30 year warranties. They stayed past dinner to get the job done, and was easy to get in touch with Eli anytime we had questions he is very responsive and responsible useful
