Mr. Rooter essentially destroyed the sewer line from my house to the street when trying to snake it. Used the wrong equipment, smashed the line etc. That was last Monday night. I basically had no use of the water in my house! They could not even look at repairing it until that Friday. I called Jerry on Tuesday and got all the utility company stuff done. He came on Wednesday with his backhoe and a very reasonable price for the magnitude of work he had to do. He was all done Thursday, having replaced the entire line, removed unnecessary 'boxes' and 'cleanouts', and cleaned up the whole mess. I would highly recommend! Ronni Blocklin Easton, PA

This is my second review about this contractor, Jerry Piperto. I hired this UNPROFESSIONAL Contractor on November 26, 2014 to work on several projects in my home and nothing was completed. They robbed me (yes, took my money) and never returned to my home to complete the job. Gives all contractors a bad rep. He left opened electrical wires exposed in four rooms of my home. His plumbing skills horrible!!! He cut pipes and never fixed the damages that he created. They should NOT be working in anyone's home. This line of work is definitely not his profession. Please remove his name/company from BuildZoom.
