Called this business to set up an appt for a free estimate. He seemed less than enthused about coming out to view the issue with our chimneys. I told him that we had another business coming out, as well, so that we could compare prices. His response was, the problem with getting different quotes is that I will have wasted my time coming to see you if you don't hire me. So unprofessional for someone that has been in the business for 30 years! I then asked him when would be a convenient time for him to come, and he said, "around 11 am." I asked him if he could please call before arriving, and that seemed to be an issue, as well. He then asked me to give him a call if we hire the other guy, so that he doesn't waste his time showing up. I had no problem in doing that. In the meantime, the other company that came for a free estimate didn't do the kind of work we needed done, so I called Mr. Epler back and left a message telling him that the other business didn't work out, and if he also doesn't do the final "ribbon" work either, that we wouldn't need him to come out, and to please call me back to let me know if he was still coming or not. I never heard back from him, and he never showed up for the appt that we had agreed upon on the phone. My congratulations to you Mr. Epler. Your business must be doing so good that you don't need our money. A bit of advice...brush up on your communication skills, and your customer service could use some work, as well. If you don't like what you're doing, I suggest you find another line of work. Maybe in a factory somewhere away from the public! I do NOT recommend this company to anyone!

Mr Epler couldn’t have been nicer. A part of our retaining wall started loosing rocks. It was quite big. He came out and did a great job! I would definitely recommend him!
