    The owner Orlando and his crew are horrible. They are very nice up front tell you sign the contract. House was supposed to take 9 month and ended up over 2 years and the house is still not done. They will show up once a week if you are lucky for 6 hours and then leave. They do not know building codes, I had to have my house redesigned multiple times and multiple inspections. I built a fully custom home and NOTHING is included in the price like said. They have every excuse in the book on why it takes so long. Build quality is very poor and there workers do not care what anything looks like. They will hide outstanding bills and send it to us 6 months later. ( had a bill for $11,000 from the electrical company and they did not notify us at all, they signed paperwork to the loan company stating there was no outstanding bills.) It now has been over 2 years and the house is still not completed.
    Very dishonest company and would stay far away from them!

    I highly recommend EPTA Construction for your remodeling needs. We recently had both of our bathrooms remodeled. One was a minor remodel and the other was a complete gut job. The workmanship was excellent from the flooring to the new double shower. All work was done in a timely manner and completed within budget. We were so impressed with Orlando and his team we have asked them to comeback and do some additional projects.
