    Jay Alderson is the man you want for your project, big or small. We just had him build an addition to our home on the South Hill in Spokane. He added on an office and mudroom, built a new 3 car garage, and connected it all to the house seamlessly. Working through the Winter, he finished this job in about 3.5 months, and we are delighted with how it all turned out. From his initial bid, through day-to-day interactions and building, all the way up to payments and changes, Jay is fair, ethical, transparent, and friendly. I would recommend him to anyone looking to improve on the equity of their home or property.

    Jay is very professional and knowledgeable about everything that has to do with building and remodeling. We hired him twice already and are planning to hire him again. His prices are fair and the job is done with quality workmanship.
