Was very responsive and competitive in the bidding process. Showed up on time every time and complete job in a decent time-frame. There were a few minor touch ups that were immediately addressed. Job well done! Would recommend and rehire!

Save yourself the stress and do not hire this contractor.
He is pleasant to deal with until he has your money, and then is nowhere to be found.
His work is borderline average at best and there is no sense of quality control. You will need to stay on top of the contractor to make sure things get done right , and even then you'll find that corners were cut to do a quick job.
Pay a little extra and get a contractor that will do the job right the first time

I hired Equity Developers to install an egress window February 2015. I have given them several chances to call me, return my deposit, tell me if there is a problem .. anything. I asked for my money back. September 2015, he said he would deduct a fee, give me back the balance. I agreed. I have not heard a word or received a check! I have to go to court to get my money back. I did not have a good experience with this contractor

He takes deposits and then stalls work. You will not get your money's worth with Richard. He may give you a great quote but the work is poor and won't get done until you threaten him. He also doesn't pay his sub contractors.
I suspect his other positive reviews are faked because I know a number of people that have been duped. I agree with Kitchen Remodel that you should go with someone else.
If you want proof, check the filing papers of Equity Developers LLC. Only papers that exists go back to 2008. He hasn't filed annual updates since then. The office is registered to a house (foreclosed) that's under his name and the agent is his wife. The address on his invoices / quotes is to a non-existent box in Pennington.
