I had ER Development paint the exterior of my house and it was an unmitigated disaster. They took forever to finish the job (indeed had to come back six months later since the weather got too cold) and they did a very shabby job as well (paint spots/splatter everywhere on roof and shutters). The only thing Dan did well was creatively coming up with one excuse after another. I would suggest that anyone considering working with them to reconsider and stay away.
