On four out of four occasions that this contractor did work for me or other people I know, he ripped them off. The markup on every one of those jobs was between 55% to 100%, for jobs that took an hour or less to complete. In addition, this contractor has taken advantage of some of his customer by completely lying about the scope of work.
My recommendation . . . avoid this company if you can.
