    My experience with ERH Construction was excellent in every sense of the word. My wife and I completely hit it off with Tobin and Jennifer from the first time we met them at the Rochester Area Builders Home Show. Everything from the price of our new build to the ideas bounced back and forth flowed effortlessly between us. Tobin and Jennifer's transparency with the contract and timeline put me at ease not needing the help of a realtor. Tobin's professionalism shined in perplexing situations, always having a remedy thru his vast knowledge of construction. I would recommend ERH construction to all new home buyers as buying homes is a arduous and daunting task. With the help of people like Tobin, he makes the process much more seamless. Not to mention they threw in items and custom work that helped improve the overall quality of the home and landscaping. Lord willing, if I would ever build again, I would pick ERH without hesitation.
