I am displeased with the renovations performed. woodwork is not square. there was trash in the yard during construction. not kept neat. promises to come back and go over punch list was late in coming. overall would not re-hire him or refer them.

I have an old house in Salem, Ma. Usually it's hard finding people to work on old houses. Eric took the time to walk me through what issues might come up in doing the renovations. When got everything opened up and knew what we were faced with, he made the right adjustments to keep the plan on track and on budget. Yeah .. he had other jobs going on at the same time, but there was usually always someone working to make things happen. In the end, the job got buttoned up and I'm glad I was able to keep the home instead of having to fire-sale it to a developer. I like Eric. He was nice and attentive to what I needed done. In the end I think I got a very fair bargain for my money. So many times these guys look at you like you're an ATM. He worked hard for the money.
