We bought a brand new home from Eric
Kenworthy and have had nothing but issues. From kitchen and bathroom plumbing done wrong or poorly. Brand new roof leaking due to the cheapest material used and no water barrier. He will say he will fix it or replace something and then never return calls. He will act very nice and sincere and it is all fake. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I feel sorry for anyone who does business with him.

He has helped us and guided us with recommendations whenever we have needed to do anything in our house such as painting, doing minor enhancements and such.
The best part is that the materials are of good quality and that's why we have not had to spend any major amount in fixing or replacing anything in the house.
Our own personal experience in dealing with him is such that we'd surely recommend Eric for any contracting work needed for house or buying new houses.
