Do not hire Eric Chesnutt. I hired him to repair a failing 2nd story deck in August 2021. He subbed out the work, and the work was not done to code, or to industry standards. Eric promised to "make it perfect" but has not made good on his promises. It is now July 2022 and I have to hire a new contractor to tear down and rebuild the deck to code. Eric is unreliable and unscrupulous. Complaints have been filed with the MHIC and BBB. Stay away from this $20,000+ mistake!
