My experience with Eric was the worst. Nothing was done on time but everything was someone else fault. Numerous times all work had to stop because of his rental tenant showing up claiming he was a slum lord or his brother showing up “under the influence” demanding money Eric apparently owed him. If I would recommend him as a contractor to anyone. I would be doing everyone a disservice. His lawsuits and bankruptcy’s should tell his whole story!
