Not great, we paid him a lot of money and the work was good. Bad on timelines, bad temper with me on several deadlines he screwed up on by a few months. Guys showed up to start work at 10 or 11 and worked until 4 or 5. Staircase issues, electrical contractor he hired does not return calls and we had to get his work redone by another electrician.
We treated him well, and expected him to finish on timelines he stated it would be done, he got edgy with us when HE did not meet the timelines. He doesn’t come back to fix work he did that is falling apart. Eric was not reliable in the end after he got fully paid on guaranteeing the work that did not hold up. Also not great advice as a general contractor on electrical and heating, and general planning on design.
