Don't use Hefner Plumbing, Brandon Hefner came over for a simple 15 min. job, reset toilet, Pulled them up for new floor, I had the toilet 3' from needed set back position, he says he needed tools from his truck, I looked to see what was taking So long, he's wiping down his drill, stalling and wasting time, I asked why he didn't bring his tools in the after his 2nd long trip, he rudely says don't tell him what to do, He isn't a skilled Plumber, kept trying to talk about his recent surgery, and talk about anything other that finishing the job, $125 an hour, NOT Professional, just someone dragging there feet so as to charge you more.
