Eric “did us a favor” by charging $900 to run electric for an RV plug….
He came on time, finished in a day….even got $300 off the bid…”old lady neighbor discount.”
Prior to work start, all utilities were marked, and irrigation lines were pointed out.
SO, all the electrical work was RE-done due to completely sloppy and amateur work….
Terrible wire routing, knicked/cut Romex jacketing, too few staples, and the receptacle box was loose enough to give me a tickle when I unplugged the RV (oh and the exposed conductors in the box likely helped with the tickle).
On top of it all, Eric’s crew cut TWO waterlines!!! Did not bother to mention it at all, and did a total HACKjob repair using automotive clamps and electrical conduit… w/o a single word about it!!!
Upon giving Eric the chance to see the work of his crew, he arrived with an absolutely terrible attitude!!! Things got worse from there… I’m sure my attitude got bad by the time he left though too.
SO, all the electrical work was redone!
Had to have an irrigation specialist come and hint down all the line breaks in the trench and repair them…
Fortunately, I have pictures if anyone would like to see the work.
Eric’s only response for me was he didn’t need AH customers like me, he’s been in business 40 years, and he has more work then he needs…
