I had a recent leak in the part that connects my line to the City's water supply. I called Thurston Plumbing because I had used them before and was highly pleased with their service, price, promptness, and quality of work and supplies.
As usual, they came out as quickly as they could, called to notify me of status of my upcoming appointment, arrived on time, checked out the issue and explained my problem and my options, and then proceeded to quickly do the job. They had to run to Lowe's to get a part for me and were back quite quickly. They replaced the cheap part originally installed with a better quality brass part in order to, hopefully, prevent a reoccurrence of the same problem happening again. The whole process took less than an hour. I was very, very pleased with the service, and the cost was reasonable. They even showed me how to turn my water on and off in case I ever needed to do that. I will be recommending Thurston Plumbing to all my family and friends--they get an A+.
