  Building a house is the largest investment most
  people make in their lifetime. Choosing a contractor that we trusted to become "part of our family decision making process" for several months was something we didn't take lightly. Upon meeting with Eric Jones, seeing his work, speaking with MANY previous customers, we decided he was the perfect choice!
  Mr. Jones built our dream home. Not only did
  we come in under budget, we were able to move
  in 2 weeks ahead of schedule! He was VERY easy
  to work with & provided alot of knowledgable
  advice.
  We were so happy with Mr. Jones that we contracted him to build our daughter & son-in-laws's
  house on our family land.
  Professional, friendly & extremely knowledgable
  about home building; we couldn't imagine using
  any other contractor!

  Eric Jones Construciton

  I would not recommend this contractor. My husband and I met with him originally first of November to discuss him building our dream home. Did I mention, this was a half a million $ home. The end of November, met with him again, gave him a set of our ouse plans and were in a verbal contract with him, awaiting a written contract to be ready in no more than 3 weeks. After three weeks, we hadn't heard a word from him. So, my husband called him. It took a week for him to return the call. Mr. Jones called and made arrangements to meet upcoming weekend. We went to the agreed location....Mr. Jones doesn't show nor does he call. Again, we called with no immediate response. A day or two later, he calls. Again, arranging for another meeting to sign the written contract. But yet again, Mr. Jones doesn't show. But his time, I was done with him, but my husband kept giving the benefit of the doubt. After many more calls and emails, at the end of Febuary, his wife emails us to tell us it will be an additional 3 months before he will be able to start and we must sign a contract (which we had been trying to do since the previous November). Needless to say, we were put out and decided not to use Eric Jones to build our home. He was not reliable at all. And that wife of his...not pleasant to deal with.
