The response time was good ,actual work performed was good . Bill was Horrable!!!!!!! Was not made aware of all the trip charges applied to the bill.&140. To show up another &140 to drive to hardware store for parts needed …simple stock items for some one in their profession. Then $238 for labor charge , bringing total charge too $518 . Total scam on customer .. Hagler Plumbing should inform customer of the charges upfront .. not after the job is done. Hagler Plumbing of the Cleveland Tx area has a very underhanded business practice. I plan to inform every one I know to steer clear of this Plumbing Service for the reasons mentioned above .PS I would have rated Hagler Plumbing a Negative 5 star if there was such a rating.
