If you want a plumber to do a small repair than Eric might do okay. If you want a plumber to do a bigger job I would suggest you call somebody else. He started my job, charged me much more than he quoted and than wouldn't answer his phone to come and do the rest of the job. Very childish not to at least just say I can't do your project. I called twenty times, left messages, voice mails, no response until I had a friend call from their phone and then he answered. Pretty chicken shit if you ask me. Then I find out from the state that he never even pulled a permit for the job that he did do and thats the plumbers responsibility. He will be reported for that as well but he will keep on plumbing.

Eric was professional and fast . Did the job rite the first time . I've had multiple faucets, clogged lines , reset 2 toilets , and installed a combi boiler at my home . Haven't had a problem with any of the works he's done . Highly recommend.

Eric plumbed my house and after we moved in the upper heating element went out on the water heater. I called him and he came out that evening after finished another job to replace the heating element. He honored his work and did not charge for the service call. I had him plumb a gas line to a home generator and his price was fair and the work done on time. Today I found a leaking supply line to a toilet and he told me he was getting ready to go out of town for a three day weekend, but he would come out so I wasn’t stuck without water over the weekend. He came out and found a fitting had a hairline crack that was causing the weeping leak. Replaced the fitting and didn’t charge to do it. From my experience it seems he stands by his work and charges a reasonable price for his work.
