Eric wired my 3 HEAT PUMPS,Plus 2 outside units. He did a good job hiding all the wires on the outside of the house. He was $1,000 higher than another bidder, but I felt he was more confident, to do the job. He did finish,in a timely manner( 1 day) left the area clean, was polite when asked questions. The problem is he gave no bill/ SAID HE EMAIL ME When he got home. I paid him in FULL on the spot! That WAS IN SEPT,2023. Both myself, and my sister have called ERIC at least a DOZEN Times now and no COOPERATION AS OF YET. As I AM FILING for a rebate from MASS SAVE, I NEED THE 2 RECEITS FOR APARTMENTS HE DID FOR THE HEAT PUMPS. SO GOOD LUCK IF YOU USE HIM. ALSO SHOWS ON HIS WEB PAGE HIS LICENSE IS NOT ACTIVE??
