Terrible experience with Eric Miller. He's a little guy and while very personable right when his crew was needing help replacing my roof he was off working on his wife and his project in the Bonnie's where his phone did not work. The put an expensive Owens Corning Shingle on my 33.5 square roof---my home is a small luxury home built in late 2008 and a hailstorm hit Tuscola, in 2014, so my roof needed replaced. His crew was nice but one guy did not snap a chalk line for the Ridge shingles and two areas were not straight. Eric also over estimated the number is Squares and charged me for them but took them back with him for a refund! I was angry so I withheld money. My front gutters also leaked after he was done with them. I finally got most things corrected but only because I withheld money. Eric is a little smart mouth and a hot head. I do not recommend him what so ever. And I took videos and pictures of his mistakes so he cannot come back and say I'm the liar!
