  large bedroom remodel

  $6,500

  I needed a bedroom remodel on a 20 X 15 bedroom. Needed demolition, new drywall, spackle, paint and electrical. I had 4 contractors give estimates ranging from $12,000-$25,000!!!! I only wanted to remodel a larger bedroom, not a kitchen or bathroom!!!! My wife and I hired Eric Sudhalter after seeing his truck, taking his phone number, and doing the estimate. He started work a few days later, since he and his crew were held up by permits on a big job. He was totally professional, clean, knowledgeable, worked fast, and apprised us of what he was doing every day. He wanted to show us what was being done every day. When I saw his excellent work, I wanted him to do the hardwood flooring in the room. I bought the material and he installed it in a day. His total price was $6500. It was well worth hiring Eric for the job. I would recommend him to anyone for large and small jobs.

  Excellent work, clean, done within time frame he said it would, and priced right. Needed a bedroom remodeled, gutted, and sheetrocked, spackled and painted. He also did an extended closet for us. Others had wanted to charge up to $25,000 for a bedroom remodel on a 20 X 15 bedroom!!!! Eric came in at just under $6,000. We hired him. His work was exemplary and he kept my wife & I apprised of what he was doing every day. We would recommend him to anyone.

  DONT HIre Eric Sudhalter Construction

  I had a debilitating accident yesterday in a garage he constructed, he knew of the issues and is negligent and culpable. Here is another unfortunate individuals’ experience. This biz is sham and skills are negligible. I know, I have pictures of the damage he has done if you want them just let me know.

From using inferior supplies to taking shortcuts to downright lying this operation is a sham from start to finish. Total scam artist that walked away with 1000's of my hard earned money and left my house a mess. Our only option was to get him out because of all the damage he was causing.”

  I knew this was real when lying was mentioned.
  If this scam artists lips are moving, it’s al lie! No poker face at all.

  Very professional in every aspect of the job. Always showed up on time and was always very respectful of our home. Would definitely use them again, and I highly reccommend them to anyone looking for a highly qualified contractor who does great work!
