Erick just completed totally replacing the roof at our half-owned, Apartment property in Lyndhurst which was totally neglected for decades, finally causing water damaged ceilings and more. After getting multiple estimates from others, we agreed to grant him the project and could not be more pleased (a couple of others were lower-priced initially but in their fine print, left open the possibility of more plywood needed which cost would increase to Erick’s offer…and who knows what else would be added as the job proceeded). The offer seemed high at the time (but included EVERYTHING, no surprises) but Erick uses the finest, most dependable Plywood and other materials vs. the others who probably “skimp” to keep Estimates down. His professionalism and promptness were welcomed. The roof looks amazing as he even replaced corroded vents, restored the broken-down chimney, and installed necessary gutters. The roof is such a serious, highest priority part of these renovations as it protects everything else below it. His team’s work gave us the confidence to hire him for our WINDOWS project which again, was a fair price and we will assume will be completed with the finest craftsmanship (as the frames are very corroded and splintered also).
