Be aware of this contractor. I had a new fence installed and within a couple weeks the boards were cracking. He came back to fix those cracked boards. But now I have more that have broken and he refuses to be held responsible to repair them. It hasn't even been 6 months of the installation of this fence and she said that his warranty only includes this work and not the material. How does that make any sense when I paid for a new fence. If his material is faulty, it should be part of his work and should be under warranty. At this rate, I will need another new fence sonner than expected.
