This contractor has renovated our entire house over the last 22 years. He runs a clean crew, does not cut corners, charges a very reasonable rate, knows how to stick to a budget and when he encounters roadblocks he makes excellent recommendations without jeorpardizing the integrity of your home. I have learned the hard way NEVER to make a move without his recommendation. If something goes wrong in the house, I call Erickson Construction and follow his lead. No one works on our home without his stamp of approval. Well worth every dime! Contractors like this are far and few between.
