    Mr.Bellingham was prematurely arrested on 9/15/2015 for a contracted project that was not suppose to start until 10/1/15 or there soon after. Prior to his arrest he was @the hospital after having a nervous breakdown due to personal stresses. Hence the reason(s) why phone calls were not returned nor emails/texts returned. Because of the premature arrest and placement of being put in Erie county jail he was unable to complete and or start other projects.The initial case against him was dropped as he never breeched that contract that which subsequently caused him to default on many other projects.Mr. David T. Bellingham has 100s of other satisfied customers and pictures of his completed projects to refute anyone's accusations that he was intentionally trying to injure anyone financially,etc.If anyone would like to know the Facts on how the case happened Contact him.

    I do not recommend this contractor. I returned from Erie County Court earlier this afternoon where the owner, David Bellingham, waived a preliminary hearing on 8 counts of fraud for taking money from clients without performing any work. He is currently in the Erie County Prison.

    Beware.

    Do yourself a favor and spend a little more for an honest and professional company. And if you do make the mistake of hiring Erie OutdoorServices, do NOT pay them upfront and get a contract. After my experience, I decided to look into the owner's history and was disappointed I didn't do my research first. I learned owner, David Bellingham also operated in Conneautville under Cornerstone Outdoor Services and has taken thousands from people without completing the work.

    He kept asking for money but no one showed up very often to do any work. Have half bathroom started and given him payment in full and has not come back
