RUN ... RUN as fast as you can. Erin Sturdivant is a thief. We paid him over $150,000 down payment to build our new home and believe it or not - he disappeared. After the initial minor work, he demanded more $$ - we then demanded proof of what he had spent the first $150,000 on. Countless excuses followed, and finally he disappeared. This is not the first time he has done this to clients/subcontractors. I wish I had read his reviews before hiring/paying him. We are now suing him in court and believe me, I will do everything I can to get my money back from this son of a ...... Do yourself a favor - don't fall for him. There are other general contractors out there.
