01/10/24 They installed a new heat pump system for me in the summer and when I started having problems the very first winter they ghosted me after numerous times promising me they would come out and check it.
01/15/24 Since posting this review the contractor has reached out to me, fixed the issues and went above and beyond to remedy the situation. He has also deeply apologized that it ever came to this. My heat pump is now performing optimally in sub zero temperatures and saving me money over a gas furnace. I must give credit where credit is due and while I do believe issues can arise with any company it's how the company takes care of problems when they occur is what I think is truly important. I would like to give them a 5 star review because of the way they did come and take care of this issue. I can now highly recommend Erman Mechanical
