When my caretaker became too old to open and close my cottage, he brought Ernie Field to help him. He did a great job opening the cottage, and dealing with some of the problems caused the last time it was closed, when the lines weren't sufficiently drained and the pipes had cracked. Everything was in perfect working order when I arrived in June. He was very busy at the time, but got the job in time for my arrival. I plan to use him when I leave this fall.
