Emilio has his own way of doing things but I would never work with anyone else. He fought long and hard against the city board for what we wanted and used logic and fairness in his argument. He worked so hard for our addition and it helped having him be a certified architect. What a difference it made. Can not reccomend this architect enough. The best in New York.

entire remodel of first and 2nd floor bath and kitchen

I was impressed with his kind and gentleman demeanor . He pressed us to come up with our real needs to develop a clear plan of what was needed. My wife loved him and so did I He generated a series of alternatives that were easy to understand. He obtained our approvals and gave us many leads for general contractors that he has worked with in the past . The cost was acceptable . Overall it was easier than I had imagined . The work is beautiful . I would highly reccomend him to everybody.
