I was referred to Esco by a friend after telling him I wanted to get a new hvac. Called them and explained how our unit is not keeping up, never blows that cold and runs constantly in semi hot weather and extremely loud. Esco sent a tech out that same day the take a look and measure for an entire new system. I was quoted a very competitive rate and was scheduled for install just a few days after that. On install day they showed up right at 6am to work on removing old unit and prepping for new. They had to make a few changes and found/fixed a few damaged ducts at no extra charge. The price I was quoted was the price I paid, no suprises. Overall I am glad we upgraded and have a new unit with a warranty, it's a night and day difference and we are excited about saving electricity with the more efficient unit. I was very pleased with the work they did and how it all turned out. I would recommend Esco Aire to anyone that is looking for a professional hvac company with competitives rates!

Complete garbage. Was having furnace issues and was going through home warranty to repair it. Was referred to these guys by someone, and it was a complete disaster. As soon as the technician left I received the invoice for payment for the diagnosis but could not get the quote for the repairs. Had to keep calling and texting to get it and it took 3 weeks before they finally emailed it to me. And when they did it had no information or breakdown of what repairs were needed, just a total cost for repairs, which is not good enough for home warranty, they need to see breakdown of what items need to be repaired or replaced and cost per item. I emailed them back asking to get a quote with that information, I never got a response. I called all the numbers I've found online plus the number I was contacted through and never got an answer. Now 2 months later still nothing..... Will never deal with them again or ever refer to anyone. Complete garbage.
