Your Companys service is the worst in the world I am 83 years old have called you for 35 years for service it was ok until Friday June 10th 2022
This time no one gave a Dam I called every number you have on the internet left my name my phone number even my email address that I had no AC you installed my Furnece 5 years ago NO ONE CALLED BACK i even filled out your service help left my email I had 91 degree in my house every time I called it said push 1 for emergency servce,then the answer was a Technichen will call you at once Im still waiting I had to plead with a nother Company to help me this was Friday night First call I did was 6:00 pm Called till 9:00pm What kind od service do you give
To let you know I have a Warrenty from your Company on my Unit Looks I can go to The Courts of ELDER ABUSE by your Company
