By Terralyn H.August 11, 2023Move a 28x70 mobile home and set$6,000
George Escobar was hired to get our home relocated. We have signed/dated contracts with him. He has 6k of our money and we were given 2 dates of the house being moved and he fell on both. One was July 17th the other July 26th. He was to use that money to pay the 2nd pilot car needed for the trip and never did, I called the pilot car he told me he was paying and asked him for a receipt and they said George never called, booked nor paid them for any services. He told me he would give me a confirmation of the pilot car he hired but has not produced it. He also has another customer who got over 5k stolen by him. Look up the reviews on Yelp, and Google. Not good. He also is operating WITHOUT a valid CDL! He hauled our home the first leg (6500 dollars) without any legal permit I have video of him hauling it in in his toter. I found out afterwards he does NOT have a valid CDL! Anyone who has been scammed by him please call Tom Martino at 303-713-8255 let's get him added to the sleaze brigade list. He also claimed they had an accident which is why he didn't text- it's Colorado 90-100 degree days currently nobody is in hoodies and sweats. Also see the snow in the dead grass in the photo, the wrapped up swamp cooler, and the dormant tree up in the background. Right ;)

Be careful with George. He is not an honest man! I bought this tiny house in Fairplay CO and after the seller paid a deposit, he agreed to move it to Denver where it would be easier for a transport company to pick it up and bring it to where I live in Idaho but a transport company agreed to come out and pick it up directly from Fairplay. So the seller quickly cancelled the service with George and he agreed to refund half of the deposit since he never made it out to the site. Come some days later, the refund was never sent over and after the seller requested the money again, George went back on his word and refused to refund any of the $1500 dollars. If you’re looking into his service, I would strongly suggest that you reconsider it and look elsewhere.

DO NOT use George (owner of Escobar mobile home installers) services if you want to be scammed. I gave him $1500 deposit in cash for moving a tiny house, but unfortunately, we did A last-minute cancellation. We agreed that he will keep portion of the deposit for cancellation fee. Long story short, he was gone with whole deposit and blocked my number to receive calls and text. NEVER pay him in cash and you better to check if he has proper insurance and permits to do that moving services. Poor communication and terrible customer service.
