I hired Xavier Escobedo to build a pool for my house. He did not finish my pool. He sold me on travertine tile which he took me to pick out at superior pool products, asked me to pay him for it, but he never purchased it. He never purchased the pool equipment either. He says he has it but he lies. Xavier always has an excuse for not showing up for meetings or to the job site, He has tragic accidents, or his wife is sick or his son is in the hospital. Xavier Escobedo is a THIEF and a LIAR. Copulsive liar. Also watch out for his son Eduardo Escobedo as they work as a team to steal your hard earned money. Do not get involved with Xavier Escobedo he has a horrible reputation among the construction worker community.

I contacted Xavier Escobedo for the construction of a water feature for my back Yard. He kept asking for money upfront for supplies and never delivered them. He stopped taking my calls or replying to messages. He is a compulsive lair, does not keep his word, and in my opinion a professional con artist. Please don't go with him.

Wasn't here often to give directions or instructions. At the end of the work came up with extra charges that were not included in the contract like" workers tax". Wanted his funds early but didn't give it to him until everything was done as posted in his contracts. Mr. Escobedo made all kinds of promises and did not comply. In the end all I wanted was for him to finish so he could get out of our hair.

Took my money and left my pool half done, he stopped taking my phone call and stopped responding to my text. Every review above are absolutely correct, HE'S A THIEF! Please be aware of this business and his son Eduardo in which they both work together and there both crooks, like father like son!
