    STAY AWAY! This company is by far the worst l've ever dealt with. A job that was supposed to take three months dragged out to 1.5 years before he walked away with my money. Total crooks. Luis Espinoza walked away with my money and not only didn't finish the job, he put me in a position where I have to spend tens of thousands in remediation. There is no management. He takes your money and doesn't show up to supervise, so his lazy workers do more harm than good. I handed him a partial payment of $15,000. He was supposed to build me a pergola. He submitted the plans to the city then partially built something completely different, causing the city to reject the build. I now have to hire an engineer and potentially start all over. Then he lied about having submitted engineering plans to the city. There isn't enough space here to write about all the things that they completely got wrong.
    This guy should be in jail instead of the contracting business.

    Excellent landscaping and drains. However, they do not follow through if you have complaints. I have to call them several times to replace the dead plants. I was told that they would maintain landscaping for 3 months but they charged me again just to remove the weeds.
