They might charge less, but you truly get what you pay for. I remember one instance where I called them for a minor toilet leak — something that could have been fixed with a 50-cent bushing — but they ended up replacing the entire toilet unnecessarily.
Their painting work was equally careless. They painted over electrical outlets, coaxial ports, and cables, which caused the internet to stop working. The paint was applied so thickly that it began peeling shortly after.
They replaced the stove without having any proper tools to check for gas leaks. They also ignored my request not to use the back door and instead responded rudely, accusing me of constantly making their job harder — which genuinely caught me off guard.
One day, I watched Art spend three hours trying to replace a bathroom shower faucet. He couldn’t figure it out, kept checking YouTube tutorials, and eventually said he’d come back later — but never did.
In the end, they were rude, unprofessional, and simply not competent.
