BEWARE and stay away from this company. Total rip off. My tenant dug up one of the lids on the septic system and didn't realize that there were supposed to be two lids dug up because he was not familiar with septic system pumping. For the record neither was I familiar. This contractor did not say a word to me nor my tenant when he got there about the second lid not being exposed, which I had already informed the company that I was willing to pay them to dig whatever needed to be dug to do the job. So the company could have dug the second lid and charged me but instead he only emptied half of my tank. On my receipt he stated that he charged me for pumping 1200 gallons even though he only emptied part of my tank. Then I got a copy of the Riverside County Environmental Health Install Permit that was provided by the septic company who installed the system to the county, and it turns out that my system is actually only 1000 gallons. So this company is a complete fraud. My tank is only actually 1000 gallons of which he only emptied part of and then he charges me for emptying 1200 gallons and blamed me for not doing his job correctly because we didn't expose both lids which we were not aware of and I had already agreed to pay the company to dig whatever needed to be dug. Additionally he put on my receipt that the condition of the tank and the leach system are in good condition yet how could he possibly determine that when he didn't empty the entire tank and didn't have access to the see what condition it was in. When I contacted the company to make it right, the owner stated that he would only come back and pump the system if I paid him full price a second time.
